The Philadelphia Technician Training Institute is a post-secondary school that seeks to create a challenging technology-based learning environment (that is instructor lead & hands-on) and encourages high expectations for success through development-appropriate technical instruction that allows for individual differences and learning styles to acquire technology skills and secure long-term employment in diverse industries such as manufacturing, technical services, engineering.  Philadelphia Technician Training Institute’s vision is consistent with The Pennsylvania STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Initiative whose mission is to dramatically increase the number of students (especially females, minorities and the underrepresented) entering STEM-related careers in technology growth careers. Our school promotes a safe, orderly, caring, and supportive environment. We strive to have our students, faculty, and community members actively involved on our students’ learning process and employment opportunities. Opportunities are presented to recognize and use the student’s gifts and talents that will serve the student in all aspects of life. The Philadelphia Technician Training Institute’s programs of study are designed to provide the strongest entry level training to the students entering the workforce.

The Goal of Philadelphia Technician Training Institute Faculty is to make sure Philadelphia Technician Training Institute students secure employment eventually crafting a career for themselves and thus, they also assist the students in providing skills for the interview, resume writing, and more – getting the students ready for the real world outside.

Philadelphia Technician Training Institute Instructors are closely involved in Grade evaluation, hands-on assessments, and tests. Our Instructors notify and help our students to understand how they are evaluated.
