Q. WHAT IS THE SCHOOLS MISSION?

A. Ptt.edu is a post-secondary school that seeks to create a challenging technology-based learning environment (that is, instructor lead & hands-on). It encourages high expectations for success through the development and appropriate technical instruction that allows different learning styles to acquire technology skills and secure long-term employment in diverse industries. We strive to have our students, faculty, and community members actively involved in our students’ learning process and employment opportunities.

Q. WHO FOUNDED THE PTT.EDU?

A. Sherman McLeod, a Drexel University graduate, founded the school in 2008. Sherman believes in life achievements and high results attainment for Ptt.edu students. Sherman and his management team are focused on utilizing the best technology, instructors, and management team for our student’s education and career goals.

Q. DOES PTT.EDU ACCEPT VETERANS?

A. Yes. All of Ptt.edu courses are approved for veteran’s education benefits. Reservists may also qualify for veterans education benefits. If you think you may be eligible, call Ptt.edu for help at 215-381-9403 or check with your local or regional VA office. All Ptt.edu course qualifies U.S. military personnel for tuition.

Q. WHAT WOULD HE/SHE GET IN THE END AT PTT.EDU?

A. Students get a job and a college-level diploma in careers and trades. You will also get expert-level instruction and experience in your technology education. A. Yes. Ptt.edu students get jobs in diverse industries upon graduation. Ptt.edu has an experienced team to help you develop your resume, interview skills, post resumes, and secure interviews for you to get a great job in the industry you study.

Q. WHAT IS THE COST OF PTT.EDU COURSES?

A. All Ptt.edu complete courses cost $18,200.00. There are no other costs.

Q. IS PTT.EDU ACCREDITED AND LICENSED?

A. Yes. The school was accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools in October of 2012? Ptt.edu is regionally accredited by the Commission on Secondary Schools of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Also, Ptt.edu is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Private Licensed Schools.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY TRAINING?

A. All are major courses are 26 weeks or 6 months in length of time although we also have a Central Processing course of 31 weeks.

Q. DO I NEED ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?

A. Generally, most Ptt.edu students do not have any previous experience. Ptt.edu courses are designed for beginners and experienced personnel.

Q. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCESSFULLY ENROLL AT PTT.EDU

A. You will need a High School Diploma or GED to enroll.

Q. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF SCHOOL FOR A LONG TIME. WILL I HAVE TROUBLE?

A. Ptt.edu is unlike attending courses at other schools. Your education is designed with an 80 percent hands-on curriculum with the most updated technology in the industry. Ptt.edu courses allow the student to accelerate their learning through an instructor lead format.

Q. DO I NEED TO BUY ANY EXTRA BOOKS OR SUPPLIES?

A. No. All of Ptt.edu courses are provided with textbooks and learning materials for your complete education and hands-on training. It is good to have access to an Internet computer for your education but it is not necessary because if a student needs, he/she can stay on campus for Internet access up to 10 pm, 7 days a week.
